I am a donor
In Help2Help, altruists like you can make a donation to your favorite charity and receive rewards from businesses offering rewards to that charity. We facilitate altruism by allowing all participants of the ecosystem to complement each other.
The payments made through Help2Help are completely safe. We collaborate with Stripe, a market leader in payment systems, to guarantee a seamless and secure transaction.
We verify the identity of charities and their work before they participate in the platform.
When your donation meets the criteria for a reward, such as a specific donation amount, you will receive a coupon in your account or by email from the business or institution supporting the charity. The value of the rewards received by your altruism can be larger than the donation amount.
You can link your bank account, most credit cards, and PayPal to your Help2Help account.
I am a charity
Charities can reach potential donors, increase public awareness of their work, and receive support from businesses directly and indirectly through donor rewards. Help2Help allows businesses and other institutions to reward donors and recognize altruism. Charities can get in touch with businesses and institutions registered in Help2Help to create strategic alliances.
Donations are transferred directly into your account around the 5th day of the following month. The accumulated donations in a month (e.g. January) are transferred to your account around February 5th. Help2Help does not hold donations, all transactions are processed by Stripe.
Approved charities in Help2Help do not pay a fee for participating in the platform. Help2Help deducts 10% of the amount donated to support the platform
I am a business
Businesses can support charities through direct donations, matching promises, or rewards to donors.
Businesses and institutions interested in participating need to be legally established and provide a product or service aligned with the platform standards.
Coupons are created from the business dashboard and can be customized for specific rewards and criteria.
